1. How can I reserve a car?
Explore our user-friendly main menu to initiate your booking process. Select your preferred dates and hours, browse through our diverse range of cars, and complete the reservation by providing your personal information. Enjoy the convenience of booking with us – no credit card is required, as we do not charge any amount to your credit card.
3. Where do we meet?
When you book a car, you have to choose the place you want the car to be delivered to you:
Heraklion Airport:
When you arrive we will wait for you to meet at the arrivals area with a sign with your name in order to Meet and Greet. If you have any delay with luggage or any other issues please call us or contact us at our email.You can call us at +306995354240 Don’t forget to have your driving license and passport with you. In case something goes wrong please contact us.
Chania Airport:
When you arrive we will wait for you to meet at the arrivals area with a sign with your name in order to Meet and Greet
Heraklion Port:
One of our employees will wait for you outside the ship with a sign with your name. Please have your mobile phone switched on so we can contact you. In case you cannot find each other, please go to the passengers’ station which is the building opposite your ship. Please wait outside and we will come to you.In case something goes wrong contact us.
Any Hotels/Airbnbs:
On the day and time you chose the collection of the car, one of our employees will wait for you outside the chosen hotel/Apartment for the car pick up. Don’t forget your driving license and passport.
5. Can I take the car after midnight due to late flight arrival?
We understand the importance of meeting your travel needs around the clock. You can count on
our commitment to seamless service, allowing you to plan your journey with confidence and ease,
even during late-night hours.
7. Is smoking permitted in the vehicle?
Cigarette smoking is strictly prohibited within all of our vehicles for the comfort and well-being of passengers and next customers. We prioritize a clean and healthy environment for everyone onboard, ensuring a pleasant journey without any exposure to smoke or its associated odors. Please note that we reserve the right to charge cleaning fees of up to 100 euros in case of violation of this policy. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain our commitment to excellence in service.
9. Can someone else other than myself drive the vehicle?
Yes, but the additional driver must be declared on the rental contract with an additional daily charge to be paid locally. The second driver must also provide his/her valid driving license and ID prior to the rental date. This can be done only prior the rental period start.
11. What if I want to extend my rental?

13. Do I get the same car as shown at the reservation confirmation?
During high season and high demand periods, it is very difficult to provide you the specific car that you booked. We are trying to provide the one you booked, but this is sometimes impossible due to delays in returns and different drop-off points. What we can assure you you will get a car of the same size and specs category you booked.
15. What happened if I return the car earlier than my initial reservation booking?
If you need to return the car earlier than your initial reservation booking, no amount can be returned. Please inform as soon as possible to arrange the return at +306995354240
17. Do I need to pay any deposit with my card? I don't have a credit card
We don’t take any deposits on your card. We don’t reserve any amount to your card.
19. What do I do if an accident occurs?
In case of an accident, the renter must contact our company immediately via our 24/7 helpline in order to receive instructions on how to handle the situation. You are not allowed to leave the incident place without reporting the accident. If you cannot contact our company, you should contact directly the police. If the renter fails to provide the report to our company then he is obliged to pay for repairing costs of any damage caused to the rental vehicle. If the driver or one of the passengers is injured you should also inform police/ambulance. If by any chance the other involved party leaves the accident place, take a photo or write down the plate number. We will also call our insurance partner for an accident report. It is prohibited to drive under alcohol influence and disobey traffic rules.
2. Do I need a credit card to rent a car?
You don’t need a credit or debit card to rent from us, as we don’t reserve any amount. You pay the rental amount.
4. Can I get the car to my hotel?
We can deliver the car to you at the hotel you are staying at around Heraklion City for free.
6. How long do I need to have obtained my driving license to be able to rent a car ?
The renter must hold a valid European Driving License or an International Driving Permit, issued at least one (1) full calendar years prior to rental date. All drivers (including any additional drivers) must hold a “valid” driver’s license as well.
8. What is the Fuel Policy?
SAME TO SAME: you should return the vehicle with fuel as much as when you received it. If the fuel is less you will have to pay the difference.
Excessive fuel amount is non refundable
10. Who is responsible for parking fines / traffic offenses?
The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any traffic offenses, fines, and related administration fees incurred during their rental period. Renter must inform us at +306995354240 when receiving the ticket.
12. Or similar - What does it mean?
The term “Or similar” indicates that the vehicle you rent may not be the exact make and model as the vehicle displayed, although it will be from the same group, meaning, that it will be comparable, in size and performance to that vehicle.
The actual vehicle you rent will depend on the makes and models available at the time the car group you request.
If we are unable to provide a vehicle in your requested car group, we will upgrade your rental car from the next available car group at no extra charge.
14. Can I drive to Balos or any other place without asphalt?
Driving a car on a non-asphalt road is considered a violation of our rental terms. Any costs or damages that occurred in these places are charged to the customer. Transportation costs, parts, and labor costs. We also have the right to take the car from you without any compensation or return of the rental amount.
16. Can I rent a car in Heraklion Port or to Hotel/Airbnb around Heraklion?
We can deliver our cars to those places. You can select the destination from the scroll bar on the first page of our website.
As our base is in Heraklion, we don’t charge for these locations.
18. Are the insurance packages cover the tires and glasses?
Tires and glasses are covered only in case the renter has accepted the Tires/Glasses Insurance
20. What is Full Insurance and what does it include?
Full Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.) Insurance: Full C.D.W. Insurance provides comprehensive
coverage for the entire body of the rental vehicle in the event of damage or scratches. This includes
coverage for most incidents that may occur during the rental period. It is important to note that adherence
to traffic laws is a mandatory condition for the validity of this insurance coverage.
Please be aware that Full C.D.W. Insurance does not cover any damages that occur while driving off-road
or any damages to the underbody of the vehicle. It is essential to remain on paved roads to ensure that
your coverage remains valid.
Additional Coverage Options:
Tires and Glass Insurance: For an additional charge, you have the option to enhance your coverage by
including Tires and Glass insurance. This added protection covers damages specifically to the tires and
glass components of the vehicle.
